who doesn't love belle and sebastian?
the band from glasgow, scotland is considered one of the most important and influential indie bands.
they were really popular in the 90's, but they still have a lot of fans, myself included. belle and sebastian were recently given a shout-out in the movie 500 days of summer and they've been featured on numerous soundtracks.
one final fact: the name belle and sebastian is lifted from a french children's book, which might be an indication of their musical style.
